Do you want to change your life? Yeah, me, too.
A lot of people want to change their lives – we want to get more out of it. We want more love, more passion, more joy… We want more of anything that’s good. I don’t know a single person who doesn’t have some sort of goals in life that they haven’t yet achieved.
So now that we’ve established that pretty much everyone has goals, a better question (and much more important) is whether or not we have the drive to change our lives.
Are we willing to put in the work? Are we brave enough? Or are we just gonna stay in our comfort zone, in the familiar yet dull territory of daydreams that make us go “someday”, as we watch the weeks slip us by?
Sadly, no one else can pull you out of there. Only you can do that. That’s kind of the beauty of it, though.
The interesting part about changing your life is that it’s always simple. Now, I’m not saying it’s easy (because it’s often very, very hard, otherwise everyone would be living the lives of their dreams).
Changing your life is not easy but it’s simple. And once you realize that you have the power to change just about any aspect — that it really is that simple — it becomes a lot easier. Funny, isn’t it?
Once you make a decision to change your life, you will find a way to do it.
There’s one thing you should know about me.
I’m obsessed with lists: I write several lists every day, they clear my head and my life would be a complete mess without them. Lists are right up there with other essentials I can’t live without, such as coffee, Instagram, stretchy pants and good music.
Three Simple Ways To Create a Goal Crush Life
The next three posts are going to present these concepts. They are like the first few introductory pages of what is hopefully going to be a very long book. So, let’s get to it!
